As an HR Manager in the hotel industry, you'll lead the development and implementation of HR strategies in alignment with the hotel's objectives. Your responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and hotel policies, and administering compensation and benefits. You'll coordinate training programs, maintain accurate employee records, and monitor staff satisfaction levels. Collaborating with department heads, you'll address staffing needs and support employees at all levels. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, proven experience in hotel HR management, knowledge of labor laws, strong communication skills, and proficiency in IDS and MS Office.
