Job Description:

Require for Mumbai Office
Education Qualification Two-year full time, Post graduate Degree in HR/Personnel Management or MBA in HR/Personnel Management from any reputed Institute
a) Assess manpower requirements or completing the hiring process within agreed timelines.
b) Manage Employee life cycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisals, employee relations and separation.
c) Review employee compensation & benefits framework periodically and give recommendations for effecting suitable policy changes.
d) Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience/engagement.
e) Knowledge of statutory compliances like PF /ESIC/LWF/PT/ Contract labour management as per statute.
f) T&D: TRAINING CALENDER/Rolling out training programmes
