We are looking for a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in our Indian hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of housekeeping operations. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met, training new employees, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel and ensuring a positive guest experience.
