**Position:** Room Attendant
**Location:** Villa Altona, Porvorim, Goa
**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Reports To:** villa manager/owner/partner
### About the Role
Join our housekeeping team to maintain the exceptional standards of Villa Altona's luxury accommodations. Provide detailed cleaning and maintenance services for guest rooms and public areas.
### Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms to luxury standards
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including bed making, bathroom cleaning
- Vacuum, dust, and maintain all room furnishings
- Restock room amenities and supplies
- Provide turndown service and special arrangements
- Clean public areas including halls and terraces
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist with laundry operations as needed
### Required Qualifications
- High school education
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
