Job Description:

Room Cleaning: Clean and tidy guest rooms following established standards and procedures. This includes making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
Linen and Towel Replacement: Remove used linens and towels from guest rooms and replace them with fresh, clean ones.
Restocking Amenities: Ensure that guest room amenities, such as toiletries and drinking glasses, are fully stocked and in good condition.
Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and public restrooms, ensuring they are presentable at all times.
Laundry Management: Collect and sort dirty linens, towels, and other items for laundry service. Fold and organize clean laundry for distribution.
Lost and Found: Report any lost items found in guest rooms or public areas and follow the established procedure for handling lost and found items.
Maintenance Reports: Identify and report any maintenance issues or room defects to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance team.
Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests for extra supplies, pillows, blankets, or any other housekeeping-related services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
Safety and Cleanliness: Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a healthy and hazard-free environment.
Respect for Privacy: Respect guests' privacy and confidentiality by adhering to the hotel's privacy policies and not tampering with guests' personal belongings.
Daily Reports: Keep track of completed tasks and submit daily reports to the housekeeping supervisor.
