Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel located in Kashid, Alibaug. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, and manage all hotel functions to ensure smooth and profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all departments (front office, housekeeping, kitchen, admin, etc.) with clear goal-setting.
Plan and organize operational tasks to achieve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance; interpret data to guide decision-making.
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the hotel.
Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure quick resolution of guest complaints.
Address maintenance needs, staffing gaps, and any operational issues.
Coordinate with suppliers, event planners, and travel agencies.
Conduct regular inspections and enforce strict health and safety compliance.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
Strong understanding of hotel operations and management best practices.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Sound decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure.
Attention to detail and a proactive management approach.
This is a residential position – accommodation will be provided at the hotel premises in Kashid.
