##Villa Altona is a premier luxury villa offering exclusive experiences and exceptional service to high-net-worth guests. We are seeking a professional Hostess / Property Manager to be the face of our property, ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
##Roles & Responsibilities
-Serve as primary host for high-profile, high net worth guests; greet, escort, and attend to needs and preferences
-Communicate impeccably in English—delivering confident, polished service and handling guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with tact
-Guide all aspects of guest experience, including check-in/out, concierge support, and itinerary management
-Coordinate villa operations: monitor daily standards, lead staff briefings, delegate tasks, and uphold cleanliness and presentation across all areas
-Control daily workflow and respond calmly to any challenging situations, whether with guests or staff
-Always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
-Liaise between owner and villa team regarding events, VIP visits, and operational improvements
-Oversee guest feedback, reviews, and reputation management initiatives
##Qualifications
-Female candidate preferred
-Fluent and confident English speaker with excellent communication skills
-3+ years’ experience in hospitality, luxury villa, boutique 5-star hotel, or similar, specifically attending high net worth individuals
-Well-groomed, poised, and able to always present luxury standards
-Proven track record of managing staff, delegating tasks, and resolving disputes efficiently
-Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
-Discretion and professional integrity in all interactions
