Roles and Responsibilities of Helper
1. Prerequisites
a. Induction (Should be well aware of the brand’s values, mission and vision).
b. Go through the Service and Cleaning SOP and gain in depth knowledge of all things
c. Study the store operational manual to understand all activities happening at the store
d. Study the roles and responsibilities of helper and captain
e. Decision making, Reporting and escalations
f. All the store cleaning SOP’s to be known
2. Daily Responsibilities
a. Assist in basic food and beverage preparation
b. Clean kitchen equipment’s
c. Clean food preparation area and washing area
d. Keep the Serving trays clean
e. Clean the floor of service and non-service areas
f. Wipe the tables and chairs after every table turn around
g. Give Menu to every new customers and ask them to place order with QR, if any queries send your seniors
h. Clean the Merchandising counters and arrange them nicely
Requirement
1) No relevant experience required
2) Knowledge of computer, Microsoft office(Basic)
3) Good leadership skills
4) Good at customer interaction
5) Able to work in pressure
6) Flexible with timings and travel
