About Us:
Love Stories is a new premium restaurant opening in the heart of Mission Street,
taking over the established JIYO VEG location. We're creating a unique dining
experience with three distinct sections and focus on quality multi-cuisine offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead kitchen operations for 100+ covers daily
• Specialize in Chicken & Mutton preparations (No seafood required)
• Manage menu execution across Indian, Tandoori, Chinese cuisines
• Ensure consistent quality and taste
• Control food costs and minimize wastage
• Train and manage kitchen team
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
• 8-10 years experience as Head Chef/Sous Chef
• Expertise in:
- Hyderabadi Biryani (MUST)
- North Indian gravies
- Tandoori preparations
- South Indian non-veg curries
- Basic Chinese (optional)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food costing and inventory management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Professional kitchen certification preferred
