We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team at the hotel. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a guest-facing role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong organizational abilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for success in this position.
