Job Description:

Females Preferred
Review arrival lists to welcome guests and Greet them during entry
Attend to guests and answer their inquiries
Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. menus and promoting new offers and events at the pub)
Provide information about amenities and promote services
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with them
Address guest complaints and escalate to Operations Manager
Record information in the logbook daily
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
