Job Summary
Position:-Guest Relation Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities of a GRE include:
• Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Answering telephone calls promptly and directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
• Providing a range of reports depending on what is requested by the manager or sales associates.
• General Office Administration
• Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well-stocked.
• Following the SOP laid down for fight against COVID-19
Required Skills
• Pleasing Personality
• Excellent Communication skill both written and Oral.
• Good at Guest Interaction
• Good listening skills.
• Sound decision making.
