As a Guest Relations Executive, you’ll set the tone the moment someone walks through the door. Your warmth, attention, and energy will make every visit feel personal and every pint feel special. You’re not just managing tables—you’re curating moments, memories, and genuine connections.
What You’ll Do:
• Welcome with Heart: Be that first friendly face guests remember. Greet them with warmth and guide them effortlessly into our world of craft, comfort, and community.
• Create Connections: Learn guests’ stories, preferences, and little quirks. Make every experience feel like it was made just for them.
• Own the Experience: Handle requests, coordinate seating, and smooth out any hiccups with confidence and care. Every challenge is a chance to make someone’s day better.
• Be the Brand: Share the spirit of 2 Pints—our love for craft beer, good food, and meaningful conversations. You’re the storyteller behind every smile.
• Listen & Elevate: Collect guest feedback with curiosity, share insights with the team, and help us keep raising the bar on what hospitality means.

Experience:
