" • Responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
• Implement policies, monitor KPIs like ADR and RevPAR, and take corrective actions to meet performance targets.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through CRM strategies, personalized service, and effective feedback analysis.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and supervise procurement while ensuring financial performance meets targets.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff, while ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards."
