Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, overseeing guest check-in and check-out procedures, resolving guest issues or complaints, and ensuring smooth operations of the front office department. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a front office or guest service role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
