Job Description:
-
1.make sure check in and check out shown in PMS on time
2.good body language and communication skills
3.make sure all check in and check out formalities done
4 first impressions is the best impression
5 make sure guest is happy with the sevice and comfortable stay.. and try to get the valuable feedback
6 make sure assigned room should be clean flooring, proper bedding and hygienic wash room with given amenities no maintenance issues.
6 time to time update in internal staff what's up group for the daily routine operation check in check out and key status.. etc etc ..
Accompanied and facilitates the guest till the room door
Avoid misusing and it will be a crime against our house policy.
For this we are not looking for high profile hotelier background..for us young and energetic any smart candidate experienced from other guest service industry is also accepteble..
As per our house policy performance is always measured by the results. Our moto is comfortable stay.
