Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and assist guests during their stay. The role involves handling check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest queries, and providing assistance for any requests or issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure, well-mannered, and able to create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer guest questions and provide information about rooms, facilities, and nearby attractions.
Handle any complaints or requests politely and ensure quick resolution.
Coordinate with housekeeping and restaurant teams to fulfill guest needs.
Maintain daily records and ensure smooth front office operations.
Requirements:
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, with the ability to understand basic English.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Presentable and professional behavior.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
