Hotel Sapphire Blue, Bhopal – A vibrant hospitality destination with 28 well-appointed rooms, 2 F&B outlets, and extensive indoor & outdoor banquet facilities – is looking for a passionate and results-driven Front Office - Associate/Assistant to join our team!
Requirements
Female candidate with good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Fluent in English (spoken communication must be clear and confident).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Front Office / Guest Services in a hotel environment.
Hands-on experience in IDS software for check-in, check-out, billing & reservation.
Good knowledge of guest handling, room allocation, reservation processes, billing, and reports.
Ability to manage calls, emails, guest queries, complaints, and coordination with departments.
Must be punctual, well-groomed, professional, customer service-oriented, and able to multitask.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests with warmth and ensure a smooth check-in & check-out process.
Manage room reservations, guest registrations, billing & payments through IDS.
Maintain records, update reports, and handle day-to-day front office operations.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Sales, F&B, and other departments for guest needs.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, calls, emails, and guest concerns.
Ensure lobby appearance, guest experience, and hospitality standards are maintained.
Assist in cashiering, guest data verification, and maintaining guest profiles.
Uphold the hotel’s brand image and provide excellent customer service at all times.
