Job Description:

Full responsibility of the Kitchen Stories Retail store upkeep
Includes responsibility to ensure cleanliness, functioning equipment, lights etc.
Food quality: In charge of ensuring that all the food on display and sold is of the best quality possible and any food that is spoilt or wasted is noted and disposed off.
Billing and Cash: In charge of making the orders for BOTH the retail outlet AND the catering store.
In charge of accepting the payment , tracking and noting cash for both retail and catering
In charge of sending KOT’s to the kitchen. Addressing any questions
Dispatch: Hold the responsibility to oversee
the TIMELY dispatch of orders in coordination with the CDC and Head Porter
INVENTORY:
Responsible for tracking dry inventory
Includes the main storeroom and 3rd floor storeroom
Taking physical stock at least once a week or as frequently as required by management
UPKEEP: Responsibility to maintain the storeroom and inventory orderly and organized and clean
Track all the IN’s and OUT’s in the store room to maintain correct stock counts
ORDER Taking: With adequate training, we expect you to take customer orders in partnership with management and create the responding KOT’s and Bill’s.
