Job Description:

Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with the check-in process, verify reservation details, and provide room keys. During check-out, process payments, handle any outstanding balances, and ensure guests have a pleasant departure experience.
Reservation Management: Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy in booking details, room types, and guest preferences. Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide information about room availability and rates.
Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations. Act as a point of contact for guests, providing information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
Telephone Operations: Handle incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, take messages accurately, and provide information to callers as required.
Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain an organized and balanced cash drawer. Adhere to resort policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.
Guest Service Coordination: Coordinate guest services, such as arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and assisting with special requests to enhance the guest experience.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including guest registration forms, data entry, filing, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Safety and Security: Maintain a secure and safe environment by monitoring guest access, following security procedures, and reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to management.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other resort departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
