Job Description:

Need to be follow all the given below requirements –
1. Candidate should have required literacy and fluency in
English.
2. Candidate should have Hotel Software related knowledge.
3. Candidate should have knowledge of other related software
like – MS office, Excel etc.
4. Candidate should have knowledge of mailing, drafting mail
content etc.
5. Candidate should have hard working ability.
6. Candidate should have welcomed the guest or greeting
towards guest when enter to the hotel premises or front office
area obviously with smiling face.
7. Candidate should have good communication skill towards
guest and with others also.
8. Candidate must taken review from guest, should have send to
the Management specially the negative reviews.
9. Candidate should have knowledge of online booking from
different portal like MMT, GOIBIBO, AGODA, CLEARTRIP
etc.
10.Candidate should have knowledge of hotel industries related
basic operation.
11.Candidate should be attentive towards guest check in and
check out.
12. If required candidate need to perform other jobs.
13. 1 Month Probation period is there.
