POST- Front desk officer/receptionist/Customer relationship (Corporate Cafeteria)
Job location: (Old Mahabalipuram Road) Tech Park area Chennai
Industry: FnB
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Attend the visitors.
• Look after all the day to day customers problem.
• To attend the customers queries and ensure the best solutions given to them.
• To develop strong relationship with customers/clients.
• To maintain Proper cafeteria coordination & timely resolutions.
Desired Profile:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
• Urgent joiners are preferred.
