Job Description:

elcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and amendments.
Verify guest identification and complete registration formalities.
Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments to meet guest requirements.
Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate issues when required.
Process guest payments, prepare bills, and maintain accurate cash and billing records.
Update guest profiles and reservation details in the Property Management System (PMS).
Ensure the reception and lobby area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Follow hotel SOPs, safety procedures, and brand standards
