As the Floor Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's front-of-house. Your role involves supervising and guiding our team to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll ensure the smooth flow of service, handle customer inquiries and issues, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Collaboration with kitchen staff and assisting with inventory management are also part of your responsibilities. If you're a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, we'd love to have you join our team.
