Job Opportunity* Required Hotel Management Diploma / Degree Graduates/12th with communication "Guest Service Associate" for INOX Multiplex.
Job Location- INOX,4th floor c21& TI Next(Regal square) mall Indore
Salary- Rs. 12,200 net + PF +ESIC
Gender : Male/Female
Experience : NIL
Languages known : Hindi and English.
*Required candidate with vaccinated.
Job is on contract basis.

Job Responsibilities Guest Service Associate
1. Responsible to sell the food items across the counter and in the auditorium.
2. Responsible to collect cash for each sale done.
3. Responsible to record the sale and cash collected at the end of each shift.
4. Responsible to use the POS for recording the sale.
5. Responsible to record all items received at the counter at the beginning – during the shift.
6. Responsible to check the quality of the items being placed in the warmer and cold case.
7. Responsible to arrange and serve the food as per the hygiene standard using gloves and tongs.
8. Responsible to use dispensing machine for coffee – tea – coke
9. Responsible to use selling devices such as hand held and PDA devices.
10. Responsible to keep work area like food counter – warmers - cold cases – dispensing machine - Popcorn maker and floors are clean.
11. Responsible to promote all promotions associated with brand partners such as COKE – GEORGIA.
12. Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks.
13. Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items…etc.
