Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join our resort maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical systems within the resort premises. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the comfort and safety of our guests and staff by ensuring that electrical systems are in optimal condition at all times.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and electrical appliances.Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to prioritize and address maintenance needs across the resort.Install new electrical systems or components as needed, following safety protocols and building codes.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to electrical systems and safety.
