We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Dosa Maker to join our culinary team at the hotel. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of dosas, ensuring quality and consistency in taste and texture, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dosa-making area. The ideal candidate should have expertise in dosa preparation techniques, including batter preparation, spreading, and cooking on a hot griddle. Previous experience as a Dosa Maker or similar role in a professional kitchen environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.
