Villa Altona offers a luxury retreat experience and superior service standards. We require a diligent Dishwasher to keep our commercial and personal kitchens hygienic and organized.
##Roles & Responsibilities:
-Wash, rinse, and sanitize all kitchenware, utensils, and cookware to villa standards
-Ensure proper operation and cleaning of dishwashing equipment
-Maintain kitchen cleanliness: floors, surfaces, sinks, and waste disposal
-Organise washed items and restock delivery stations
-Support chefs and kitchen assistants during busy service periods
-Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and assist with inventory checks
##Qualifications:
-Previous experience in hospitality or restaurants preferred
-Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work in fast-paced environment
-Physical stamina for repeated tasks and standing for long periods
