We're seeking skilled and creative cooks to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidates will have a passion for street food innovation and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of fusion dabelis according to our recipes and quality standards
Experiment with new flavors and ingredient combinations
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety practices
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
Adapt to changing menu items and seasonal specials
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as a cook, preferably in street food or fast-casual restaurants
Knowledge of Gujarati cuisine, especially street food
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Creativity and willingness to experiment with flavors
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg
Preferred Skills:
Experience with fusion cuisine
Knowledge of various bread-making techniques
Familiarity with special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)
