We are seeking a talented and experienced Chinese Chef to lead our Chinese cuisine kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Chinese culinary traditions, with expertise in preparing a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. The Chinese Chef will also supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
