Job Description:

    Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. Assist senior chefs in food preparation and kitchen operations. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use. Ensure proper storage of food items as per FIFO standards. Keep the Chinese section clean, organized, and ready for service. Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely order dispatch. Minimize food wastage and report shortages to the chef. Follow all kitchen SOPs and company policies.
