We are seeking a skilled and versatile Chef de Partie specializing in Chinese and Thai cuisine to join our culinary team in Indian restaurants and hotels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Chinese and Thai culinary traditions, with a strong foundation in preparing a variety of dishes from each cuisine. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation for Chinese and Thai dishes. The Chef de Partie will collaborate closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences that incorporate the diverse flavors of Chinese and Thai cuisine.
