*What you’ll do
We are hiring for Cloud Kitchen, Pune
*Scope of the Role
Planning & Directing all Culinary related activities in the assigned geogprapical area.
*Areas of Responsibility Indicative Activities
Customer Experience
Food Quality
*Ensure Food preparation and execution is adhered to Recipe and Process SOP Food Safety
*Food Preparation and other related activites, from receiving to serving, are in compliance with food safety standard
Prep Time- Work towards continous improvement for reducing prep-time at the section.
*Cost Optimization
Ensure Order, Receiving, Storage, Prepartion SOP is strictly followed
*Equipment Maintenance
Ensure each staff trained on Kitchen equipment operating procedure and preventive miantanence procedure to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
*Co-workers Experience
Extend Hands on Support and guidance to fellow staff workers for a better work envirionment.
*Technical Competencies
1.Knowledge and Functions of different Cooking Methods and Equiments
2.Undertanding of Perishable and Non Perishable Food & Beverage ingredients.
3.Posses detailed skills and knowledge of Authentic Chinese, Thai and Asian cuisine
4.Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Quality fundamendals.
5.Knowledge in Kitchen -Total Cost Management and Microsoft Excel & Word.

*Additional Requirements,
1.Qualification: BHM/DHM & 10 Pass with Cooking Background.
