The Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian cuisine plays a pivotal role in the kitchen, responsible for the meticulous preparation and cooking of authentic South Indian dishes to perfection. With a keen eye for detail and a mastery of traditional recipes, the CDP ensures that each dish, whether it's a crispy dosa, fluffy idli, aromatic sambar, or a variety of flavorful curries, meets the highest standards of quality and taste. Collaborating closely with the culinary team, they contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management, ensuring a well-rounded dining experience for customers.
