JOB DESCRIPTION:
Past role of captain is necessary. Interact with guests.
Handle situations independently and escalate/report matters with corrective action taken to the Manager/Owner.
Distribute tables and tasks to team members. Perform duties of waiter whenever it is required without any hesitation.
Follow up the procedures according with the check list.
Coordinate the work of all Team Members, in order to maintain the constant quality of the service.
Provide training to team members.
Track Food and Beverage monthly inventories.
