Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities of Store Captain
1. Prerequisites
a. Induction (Should be well aware of the brand’s values, mission and vision).
b. Go through the Menu and gain in depth knowledge of all products with their price, recipes and serving standards
c. Study the store operational manual to understand all activities happening at the store
d. Study the roles and responsibilities of helper
e. End to end knowledge of system (Posist) and other protocols
f. All the decision making, reporting and escalations
g. Have fair idea of the previous sales performance of the store, customers, peak hours, vendors
h. All the Recipes and preparation time to be known
2. Daily Responsibilities
a. The preparation style and garnishing should be same and followed
b. Cleanliness and Hygiene should be followed while preparing and serving
c. Check all Semi-processed items
d. Make sure all table and chairs are clean and dust free
e. Prepare the orders only once you get the KOT.
f. All orders to be compulsory prepared as per Recipe
g. Follow SOP for serving and cleaning
h. Follow instructions given by the store manager
i. If any problem in the store and if not resolved by Manager you can report the same to the Area Manager
j. Suggest customers for higher margin items. Always keep in mind your daily store targets.
k. Train your helper to become a Captain
l. Check if all electrical is kept off when not in use.
Requirement
1. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
2. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English and Hindi
3. Knowledge of computer, Microsoft office(Basic)
4. Good leadership skills
5. Good at customer interaction
6. Able to work in pressure
7. Flexible with timings and travel
