Job Description _ Café Manager
1) Supervise an individual outlet.
2) Maximize Café sales performance and drive profits.
3) Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across teams.
4) Asset & Equipment maintenance.
5) Wastage control measures.
6) Timely forecast of the stock in order to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.
9) Motivating the team to ensure the sales target in met.
10) Briefing the team on a daily basis to ensure the team understands the importance SOPs.
11) Grievance handling & solving issues.
12) Ensuring all the documentation related to the café is done on time (Sales Reports/ Café Registers).
13) Implementation of SOPs.
14) Integrity, cost controllable & Waste Management.
15) Ensure all the Customer complaints are resolved.
16) Analysis of Customer database complaints & drive the footfall in the cafes.
Work Details
- Salary Offering: Rs.20000 -30000
- Experience: 4 Years
