Summary of Key Responsibilities
tesponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following
Shift a. Handling Taking care of
1.
opening, mid, and closing shifts.
b. Managing opening and closing of the café
2. Team Handling
a. Handling a team of 5-6 members.
b. Training the team members
3. Café Management
a. Handling the inventory of the café.
b. Cash handling.
Maintaining the checklist of the café as per company's guidelines
Customer interaction and order taking.
Education, Age & Experience
or the Shift Manager role we need the following qualification and experience
Education - 12th
Age-22- 25 years
Experience - 2 to 4 years
