CloudKitch is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Manager to drive our growth in the corporate cafeteria services sector and ensure exceptional operational delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business development acumen, operational management expertise, and excellent client relationship skills. This role is crucial for expanding CloudKitch's footprint and maintaining our high standards of service.
Business Development & Client Acquisition (Hunting & Contracting)
Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential corporate clients in target markets for cafeteria and catering services.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress from initial contact to contract closure.
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Proactively reach out to prospective clients, understand their specific cafeteria service requirements, challenges, and vision.
Value Proposition Development: Develop and present compelling proposals, demonstrating how CloudKitch's tailored solutions align with client needs and deliver significant value (e.g., cost savings, enhanced employee experience, operational efficiency).
Negotiation & Contracting: Lead commercial negotiations, finalize terms, and secure contracts for cafeteria management services with corporate clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective and new client organizations.
II. Operational Management & Oversight
Service Deployment: Oversee the smooth and successful launch of new cafeteria services for corporate clients post-contracting.
Day-to-Day Operations Management: Manage the daily operations of assigned corporate cafeterias, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Budget & P&L Management: Manage cafeteria budgets, control costs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure profitability for each managed site.
Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cafeteria operations, ensuring targets are met for service delivery, food quality, and client satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations from corporate clients, swiftly resolving issues to maintain service excellence.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement best practices, and drive innovation in cafeteria services to enhance the client and employee experience.
III. Catering Supplier Relationship Management
Supplier Selection & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality, reliable catering service providers and suppliers.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance of empanelled catering suppliers, ensuring adherence to CloudKitch's quality standards, hygiene protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Contract Compliance: Ensure all contractual obligations with catering suppliers are met, including service delivery, pricing, and regulatory compliance.
Audits & Quality Control: Conduct regular audits (e.g., kitchen audits, microbial sampling) of supplier operations to uphold CloudKitch's stringent quality assurance system.
Relationship Nurturing: Build strong, collaborative relationships with catering suppliers to foster long-term partnerships and ensure consistent service delivery.
Skills:
Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify opportunities, persuade stakeholders, and close deals.
Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of food service operations, quality control, hygiene standards, and supply chain management.
Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budget management, P&L analysis, and cost control.
Client Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate on-site cafeteria teams and manage supplier performance effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital platforms for operations management, reporting, and quality assurance.
