About Us:
Villa Altona is a luxury villa dedicated to the safety, privacy, and comfort of high-profile guests. We seek professional, vigilant Security Bouncers to always safeguard our property and guests with tact and discretion.
##Roles & Responsibilities
-Provide highly visible security presence throughout property entrances, garden, pool, and event areas
-Screen entry at main gate, verify guests/visitors, and enforce access protocols, maintaining guest privacy
-Manage crowd control and oversee private events, -responding swiftly to any disturbances or unauthorised access
-Patrol the villa’s grounds, monitor CCTV, and conduct routine safety checks
-Intervene decisively in security incidents, safeguarding guests, staff, and property
-Liaise with local authorities or emergency services in case of critical incidents
-Maintain incident logs and communicate any risks or breaches to Villa Manager
-Assist with VIP arrivals/departures, ensuring a smooth and secure environment
##Qualifications
-Physically fit, Tall and well-built with proven bouncer/security experience
-Experience in luxury hospitality, nightclubs, or private residencies preferred
-Valid security/bouncer license, first-aid certified
-Calm, assertive, and professional Able to de-escalate tense situations and remain discreet
-Strong communication skills; ability to interact respectfully with guests and staff
-Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and nights as required
