Responsibilities:
Prepare and grill a diverse range of meats, vegetables, and other barbecue items, utilizing various marinades and seasonings to achieve irresistible flavors.
Operate grills, smokers, and other equipment with finesse to ensure precise cooking times and optimum taste.
Collaborate closely with the culinary team to innovate and develop new barbecue recipes and menu selections.
Maintain stringent food safety, storage, and sanitation practices at all stages of food preparation.
Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on barbecue cooking techniques and methods.
Monitor ingredient inventory levels, place orders as needed, and keep the barbecue station well-equipped.
