Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate will be handling the customers, taking orders, delivering order at table, maintaining decorum in the restaurant, billing and payment etc
Welcoming customers, seating them, taking orders and serving them.
Interact positively with customer and resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties
Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information
Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
Manage Billing - Cash Closing - Packaging - Managing riders - Manage Inventory
Knows the definition and process of brewing a perfect espresso.
He is able to froth the milk and make coffee as per the standard
Has the basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine.
Knows the descriptions, recipe and serving standards of all hot and cold beverages.
Follows the cleaning and hygiene guidelines.
Handles the basic level of product related complaints as per process
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience working in the hospitality industry.
Working knowledge of general restaurant operations.
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to stand for extended periods.
Exceptional customer service skills.
