Job Description:
• Bake healthy products as per our standard quality and hygiene.
• Ensure strict quality control for all orders fulfilled by the kitchen.
• Support new product development across the product categories of pastry, bakery and desserts.
• Manage all production activities of central kitchen.
• Assist kitchen team in maintaining record of production, inventory, and product development.
• Study market trends and contribute to ideation.
• Exposure in hot and cold kitchen and general management of kitchen.
