Job Summary:
As a QSR Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities include food preparation, customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
Stock Management: Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Health and Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good communication, and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
