Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced All-Round Cook who can prepare authentic Kolhapuri and Punjabi cuisine. The candidate should be skilled in traditional methods, spices, and presentation, maintaining high taste standards and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook Kolhapuri & Punjabi dishes (veg/non-veg) as per menu.
2. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion size.
3. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
4. Assist in kitchen inventory, stock planning, and menu development.
5. Ability to handle busy hours and bulk cooking.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Good knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and tandoor (preferred).
Ability to work independently and with team.
Punctual, disciplined, and customer-focused attitud
