We are seeking a talented All-Rounder Chef with expertise in both Indian and Chinese cuisines for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, capable of preparing and presenting high-quality dishes from both cuisines. Responsibilities include menu development, food preparation, ingredient management, quality control, and kitchen operations. The chef should be creative, organized, and able to train and supervise junior staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards. A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.
