# Accounts Executive – Hotels & Resorts
**Location:** Hyderabad
**Experience:** 3–5 Years
**Industry:** Hotels / Resorts / Hospitality
**Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred
### NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
* **3–5 years of relevant Accounts experience**
* **Previous Accounts experience specifically in Hotels or Resorts is MANDATORY**
* Candidates from other industries will **NOT be considered**
* **Excellent English communication skills are NON-NEGOTIABLE**
* **Hyderabad-based candidates preferred**
* Candidates from outside Hyderabad must be **willing to relocate to Hyderabad**
* **Immediate Joiners preferred**; short notice period can also be considered
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day Hotel / Resort Accounts
* AP / AR and vendor reconciliation
* Cash & Bank handling and BRS
* Invoice and bill verification
* Revenue and expense reconciliation
* GST / TDS-related activities
* Journal entries and month-end closing
* MIS and accounting reports
* Coordinate with internal departments and vendors
### Preferred Skills
**Hotel / Resort Accounts | Tally / ERP | MS Excel | BRS | AP / AR | GST / TDS | Reconciliation | MIS**
**Important:** Please apply only if you have **3–5 years of Accounts experience with a genuine Hotel / Resort background and excellent communication skills.**
