- About Myself: I have been working in the hospitality industry since completing my B.Com (General) in 2022. I started my career with Chowman, a well-known restaurant chain, where I worked from 2022 to 2024. During my time there, I gained valuable experience in HR operations and hospitality management. Currently, I am working as an HR professional at Shovona Hospitality & Restaurant LLP, which runs multiple successful brands like Shanghai – Flavours of Chinatown, Saltanat – Kings of Biriyani & North Indian, and Palate Pleasers (ODC & Catering). At Shovona, I handle various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HRMS management, training, and employee engagement. Alongside my work, I am also pursuing my MBA in Digital Marketing from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, to expand my skills in management and brand building.
