- About Myself: Nomoskar , My name is Nilanjan Bag, and I am 32 years old. I completed my Higher Secondary education in 2012, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHM) from NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur, West Bengal, in 2015. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry,(I've 3yrs experience as a GM.) my core expertise lies in the Front Office Department. However, I also possess a sound working knowledge of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, and Production. In addition, I have a basic understanding of Hotel Information Technology and online marketing and promotions. I am well-versed in menu management and design, as well as creating promotional materials such as banners and posters. I bring with me a strong foundation in guest service, cross-functional skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of hotel operations.
