- About Myself: I have earned more than 10 years of working experience with leading food & hospitality industry of india. In this duration, I gained & deep knowledge in Culinary Arts, menu planning, kitchen management & leading skills, along with food production experience in various cuisine, like Indian, South Indian, Tandoor, Italian, Continental, Indo- Chinese & with knowledge of Bakery. I started my career from The Bambolim Resort, Goa. than worked with many star properties & cruise. Like, as a commie chef in The Sonnet and Ramada, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. As a DCDP & CDP in Pandaw cruise ( Australian company ) & Exotic Haritage River Cruise Pvt Ltd, Kolkata (Italian company). I joined from opening, as Sou Chef in a traditional and authentic South Indian restaurant Gutty Chatney, Pune, Maharashtra. It has 4 outlet with a central kitchen in Pune. At present, I am working as Executive chef in Chai Break restaurant in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, from last 1 year. it has more than 40 chain restaurant in Kolkata and native states of West Bengal. These are some places, where I expand my knowledge in Culinary Arts and kitchen management.
